I made sure to read the reviews before purchasing. Normally I wear smalls and this suggested a medium but I went with a large. The arms are a little snug but the rest of the hoodie fits as expected. Heat seems to work very well, have not tried it out doors yet. So far I am satisfied with it.I liked the sweatshirt and how fast the battery pack charges. It was super comfortable and I would recommend this brand. However I am a little upset because I ordered a Women's Medium and I got a Men's Medium so it doesn't fit my wife. I was hoping to have the sweatshirt for our trip this December but since I got the wrong one I have returned it.What a lifesaver this was! Received as a Christmas gift and a week later we got 14 inches of snow and lost power for 4 days in freezing temps. I wore this almost constantly.
