I had purchased WeatherTech front floor liners for my new Chrysler 300 and also visited the company store in Bolingbrook, IL, near their factory. Being in the Chicago area, a lot of salt is used during the winter months, which is very difficult to remove. Since I liked the front floor liners so much, I purchased the rears.After visiting the WeatherTech store, I was well aware that the rear liners were two seperate units and not like the single piece unit shown in the photo on the Amazon website page. I also knew that the front floor mats were of multi-layered construction and thicker than the single layer rears (more like traditional floor mats). However, the rears also had the custom fit and dished edges like the fronts.The WeatherTech floor liners seem expensive (about $125 front + $75 rear), but also would be the cost of replacing my Chrysler 300's carpeting from wear and difficult to remove salt stains. I have not found another floor mat that matches the quality, custom fit and overall area covered by these WeatherTech products.My Chrysler 300's carpeting is a dark gray color, so I was initially torn between ordering the gray or black floor liners. However again seeing the liner color choices at the WeatherTech store, I chose the black, as it was in fact not black, but actually dark gray, which matches my carpet.I also purchased the rear floor liners as "very good condition" used from Amazon for $35, which is less than half the new cost. The rear liners I quickly received were clean and looked brand new.I am extremely happy with both the front and rear WeatherTech floor liners and highly recommend them to protect your car's carpeting- especially during winter driving in area's with salted streets, parking lots and driveways.
