I purchased it first for my husband as he is always cold. He absolutely loves it. I then purchased one for my son and two grandsons. They also love there vests.I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loves it! It keeps him very toasty, is well made and easy to recharge!Does not stay warm as advertisedWorks well, the only suggestion is to move the battery pouch from the left front pocket to the rear center of the vest to balance the weight of the battery.Gift for my ups man Vest keeps him warm all day in the ArcticI got a medium vest and it fit like a garbage bag. The waist must have been close to 50". The chest was over 50" with large arm openings. For a heated vest, this thing was way too loose and let air in everywhere. I assume they had an issue with the size, but would not know since their customer service does not answer the phone nor return emails. I had to just send it back. What a waste of time and resources.Completely useless. Comes with battery but not a usable charger. They send it with a cigarette lighter charger but that is useless if you don't have a vehicle. Proprietary charger cable with no way to charge from an outlet. It is just obnoxious that it doesn't have a USB port like every other reusable battery on the market. Very, very poor design.Battery charged up fine, then conned to vest and simply would not work.
