Four orders were Christmas gifts, none of them arriving with advertised items. The coat itself is nice, and after 20 emails and excuses, LBI Sure corrected their orders and delivered the missing items yesterday. I only hope this is not the usual way of doing business. We are happy for the resolution, even though it wasn't timely. Will most likely order directly from Milwaukee next time.
